Please bring any relevant medical reports, imaging (X-rays, MRI scans), a list of current medications, your insurance card if applicable, and comfortable clothing that allows access to the area being treated. Arrive 10 minutes early to complete our intake form.

The number of sessions varies depending on your condition, severity, and individual response to treatment. After your initial assessment, your physiotherapist will provide a realistic, transparent estimate. Many acute conditions resolve in 4–8 sessions, while chronic or post-surgical cases may require longer programs.

Yes! We offer home visit physiotherapy for patients who have difficulty travelling to the clinic, including post-surgical patients, the elderly, and those with neurological conditions. Contact us to discuss availability and home visit fees.
